Conference venue
The Mitchell Institute for Fundamental Physics and Astronomy at Texas A&M University is located on University Drive. The talks will take place in the Hawking Auditorium in the basement of the institute.
Parking: Most hotels are within walking distance of the institute but if you are driving there is a parking lot opposite the entrance. The Northside Parking Garage has a daily rate of $15.

There are a number of options for hotels which are within walking distance of the Mitchell institute. The closest hotels are the Hampton Inn and The George. There are a cluster of other hotels on the corner of University Drive and Texas Ave (15 min walk).

Transportation
There are two options for flying to College Station:

There are a limited number of flights to College Station Easterwood Airport (CLL). All flights connect via Dallas. It is then a short 5-10 minute uber/lyft from the airport to the Mitchell Institute.

There are many flights into the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston. There is a shuttle which will take you to and from College Station for $50 each way. For an additional $12, they will drop you off at your hotel. The shuttle takes around 1.5-2 hours.
